CTS-V battery not holding charge – any good specialists near Oud Metha?

I’ve got a 2018 Cadillac CTS-V that I absolutely adore, but the battery has been giving me grief for the past couple of months and I’m starting to lose patience with it. I’ve had to jump-start the car three times in the last two weeks, and even after a long drive the voltage seems to drop back down pretty quickly once the car sits overnight. I’ve already replaced the battery once about 18 months ago with what I thought was a decent quality unit, so I’m surprised it’s already struggling again, and I’m starting to wonder if there’s something in the car’s electrical system that’s draining it faster than it should. I’ve read that these supercharged V8s have a lot of electronics and the battery needs to be the exact right spec to handle the current draw, especially during cold starts when the fuel pump and ignition system are working hard. The thing that’s really confusing me is that the alternator seems to be charging properly when I test it with a multimeter, so I’m not sure if it’s a battery quality issue, a parasitic drain somewhere, or maybe even a problem with the battery management system not recognizing the new unit properly. I live near Oud Metha and I’ve noticed a few workshops in the area that seem to specialize in American cars, so I’m thinking maybe I should just take it to someone who actually knows these cars rather than trying to diagnose it myself.
